EasyShop v1.42

Unfortunately since v1.4 a bug was introduced that caused the EasyShop presentation of the totals not to work properly. NOTE: the checkout to PayPal was still okay.

Also, there were calculation errors in the (additional) shipping costs.
Furthermore, to load a cleaner webpage with easyshop menus presented on it, the BB-code tags in alt text of images are removed.

Finally some generic code fixes have been executed for more efficiency and consistency.

All the above is available in the new v1.42!
There have been no language terms changes since 1.41 in the language file English.php, so previously created language packs based on the EasyShop 1.41 language file should work with this version as well.
