only 9 of my 12 "Main Categories" Show.. + a few other issues.

 Great pluging first of all ;)

The above link shows only 9 of my 12 main categories. Not sure why. They are all active. Also I would love to be able to fix the alignment of them. I figured just posting the link was the easiest method.

Also I have 29 "Product Categories" under the "Main Categories" That do nothing when clicked on, see link below.

For example under fixtures I should see Screwed Base Fixtures and Fluorescent Light Controllers and Screwed Base Fixtures

Inventory overview
Active Product Main Categories     12
Inactive Product Main Categories     0
Active Product Categories     29
Active Product Categories without Main Category     0
Inactive Product Categories     0
Active products     Warning: currently there are no products in the database.
- of which active products with discount     None
- of which active products with one or more properties     None
Inactive products     0
Out of stock products     0
Total number of images in folder other_images/     12


FWIW the results are the same when I add products in the categories.
