  Registered Member #3372 Joined: Posts: 2 | Hello, I would like to use Ban Helper in order to ban users and delete loads of spam from them at the same time. When I click on the Ban Helper icon, I get the message if I'm sure to ban the user. When I click Yes, I get the following error message: Trying to update the ban status of this user failed. User IP address not known. What am I doing wrong? The IP-address is displayed in the message. Thanks in advance! | ||
