  Registered Member #1090 Joined: Posts: 3 | Hi We're using this excellent software on our club website. Purchases are linked directly to Paypal and using IPN - we are not using email override. Even so, is it possible to get the shop to send an email to a specified user whenever a purchase in the shop is made? I know that buyer and seller receive email notifications from Paypal, but on our website the seller is the Club Treasurer whereas a different person is in charge of the shop. It's that third person who needs to know of a sale. Just wondering ... I suppose it means a hack, perhaps triggered when a "verified" comes through on the Paypal IPN system? I'm thinking of something which simply says "user@example.com has just purchased product XYZ from the shop for 12.34" etc etc, or even something very simple like "the shop has just made a sale. Log in to check it." Any advice would be much appreciated. Many thanks. | ||
