Registered Member #179 Joined: Location: Johannesburg Posts: 10 | I have had my store open a couple of days using the email option, and I've just been told by a customer that they were told I would contact them, and they haven't been contacted. I haven't received my sellers email - at first I thought it was lost in spam but I can't find anything at all. 1) I can't find where the admin email address is set up. The email is not coming to the email address listed for "support". Is it meant to go to the site administrator? 2) I can't find any kind of record of sales in the database. Is there one? I've gone back to my service provider to find which emails were sent off the server under the Stores name - but the email doesn't actually show the buyers details anywhere, except the email address? I tested the plugin extensively, but I think I must have been mistaking the "buyers" email for the admin email? Is there any way to see if there have been any other sales? | ||
