The poker plugin is expected in July 2008.


The new poker plugin has the option to keep high scores. I'll refer to it as Hall Of Fame or short as HOF. The Hall Of Fame can be as long as you want it; from the Poker Preferences you can select from a range of possibilities, going from 5 till 100.


This screenshot shows you the possibilities of all new settings that come with the poker plugin. One of the fun things is you can set different start bet amounts for logged in members and visitors.


When visitors log-in and they reach a high score position (they will be granted to the Hall Of Fame), they have to give in their (nick)name before the possibility of saving the score is offered. Logged in members to your site don't have to give in their name: their name will be automatically retrieved from the e107 user database. Once the score is saved, the player will get zero points again.


Another option of the poker game is to show the rules of this game. Players can just click on the 'Rules' link and the rules will be shown underneath their game.
