Release Candidate 7 of Locator v1.0 has been released.

Just a few bugfixes:
- locator.php: bugfixes for column span of groups underneath Google map
- locator.php: bugfixes for displaying correct divide character for pagination
- Dutch.php: replaced special characters in Dutch language file with correct HTML (not included; available as separate language download)
