  Registered Member #1188 Joined: Posts: 21 | Seeing as how I was one who had trouble with Easybackup, I'll throw this in. My host is 1&1. It would appear it is not the plugin which fails, but rather that 1&1 do not allow external connections to the database, other than for sql queries. Any backups have to be done manually from within phpMyAdmin, which is only available when logged into the 1&1 user account directly. They also do not allow cron jobs on all but the most expensive accounts. | ||
